Digitise all your company policy and procedures and make them easier to be understood with engaging animated videos for important policies.
Policy Acceptance Timestamp
Once a user has read the policy they check the box and accept that they have read and understood the policy which is captured as a timestamp.
Digital Signature
At the end of the policy users sign their name in the signature block which is captured on the backend for Admin or HR to review.

Get our creative team to create interactive videos for your policies making the policies easier to be understood with introduction or scenario based videos.
Colour Coded Updated Policies
If a policy has been revised and an employee needs to accept the revisions then simply highlight the changes in red for easier identification.
Translate into 1 of 6 Official SA languages
Translate the policy via Google translate into one of 6 official South African languages, namely Afrikaans, English, Sesotho, Shona, Xhosa and Zulu.
Text to
Voice
For the visually impaired we implemented text to voice where the policy can be read out to the user. This feature is available in English only.
It’s easier for the employees to learn about a particular policy using interactive videos, language translations and text to voice all while being viewed on your cell phone.
